In my case, if I just pick answers at random, closing my eyes and choosing, I might get lucky and score a few points. But when I actually think about it, I tend to get things wrong, so winning purely by luck is unlikely. That makes this more fun.

I see. For us Otherworlders, including myself, this is an easy question, but for the locals of Trinia, it would likely be quite a tricky one.

Many of them might know that the Otherworld Cuisine here would sometimes be called as washoku, and they might assume it means theyre cuisine coming from a country called Wa, leading them to choose option 2. Others whove heard the term Japan might not know whether thats the full formal name or just a shortened version, and might be torn between 1 and 3.

And fundamentally, people whove never heard the word Japan before might even choose option 4.

Alright, answer submission is now closed. The correct answer is option 1: Japan. For the record, options 2 and 3 dont actually exist, but option 4 is the name of a real country in the Otherworld. However, it is not where Kaito-san and the others come from. Incidentally, the reason past Hero Actors are always from Japan is because the First Hero, Hikari-san, was from Japan. After the Treaty of Friendship was signed, adjustments were made to the summoning magic circle so that it would target individuals from the same country as Hikari-san, and who are roughly the same age as she was at the time.
