Also, this has nothing to do with their routine, but I have to say, seeing Tre-san standing off to the side of the stage with her arms crossed and this smug look that seemed to say Yes, I raised them myself was honestly hilarious. I know her well enough to tell she probably had nothing to do with that duo, but she clearly wanted to play the wise mentor watching from afar role just for the vibe.

She didnt even go up on stage, just lingered at the side Well, including the surprise factor, it was pretty entertaining. And now for the next garapon

Oh, wow. So after Fate-san and Sieg-san, that makes three lovers in a row. Not that it means anything special, but when people close to you keep getting picked, it does make you feel kind of happy.

Though Illness-san is petite, she has a calm and mature air about her, so a subdued-colored dress suits her perfectly. How should I put it, she isnt being outshone by the dress; she wears it with grace and confidence. It felt fresh, yet incredibly fitting.

[Thank you. Now that you mention it, I dont really have any perfume. Judging by Illness-sans preferences, Im guessing its rose-scented?]

Perfume as a gift feels kind of elegant and new to me It makes my heart flutter just a little. Ive never worn perfume before, but putting aside for everyday use, for parties or formal occasions, it might be nice to add a touch of fragrance. It could add a layer of refinement.

[Indeeeeed, I do love roses, but when it comes to perfuuuume, rose tends to have a strong sceeeeent, and people have differing preferences regarding thaaaat. And since Kaito-sama isnt very used to wearing perfuuuuume, I thought something with a lighter scent would be more suitableeeee, so this time I focused on a citrus fragraaaaance. I did use a hint of roses thouuuugh.]

[Yeeees. For the top note, I used citrus sceeeeents, the middle note is a floral-fruity bleeeend, and the base note is woodyyyyy. Theres a bit of roses used in the heart nooooote.]

[Im really not familiar with perfumes at all, so I cant say I fully understand, but you made this yourself, right, Illness-san? Then I know its going to be great, and Im looking forward to using it though, since Im a complete beginner, if possible, Id love it if you could teach me how to apply it when the time comes]

R- Right, I think I read about this in some manga once. Perfume has something like a top note that you smell right after applying it, a middle note that comes out after a bit of time, and a base note that appears around an hour later, and the combination of those, and which one is emphasized, makes a big difference or something.

Well, I really dont know anything about this stuff, so Ill just ask Illness-san to teach me how to use it properly when the time comes.

Before I could finish my sentence, Illness-san suddenly stepped in close, taking advantage of a small lapse in my attention, and gave me a light kiss, just enough to make a soft chuu sound, then quickly pulled away.

It completely caught me off guard, but the soft sensation of her lips and the gentle waft of rose perfume left me feeling like my mind was melting.

[Eh? Ah, errr, it smelled wonderful, and it makes my heart racing.]

Saying that, Illness-san smiled happily. Compared to before, she seemed more emotionally expressive than she had been beforelike she was letting feelings of joy and happiness show more openly.
