Chapter 5277 White Robed Long Chen vs. Silver Hair Void Crusher

This chapter is updated by Novels.pl

“Waning Moon Shakes Heaven and Earth!”

Long Chen shouted as Evilmoon blazed with power once more, but as it did, the Earth Cauldron rapidly lost its glow.

“Using the same move twice is useless,” sneered the Silver Hair Void Crusher.

“Is that so? Not necessarily. Purgatory Eyes!” Long Chen shut his right eye, and his left eye turned pitch-black. A whirlpool appeared in his left pupil, locking onto the Silver Hair Void Crusher.

The Silver Hair Void Crusher was shocked to find his arm, which had just raised his Divine Commander Blade, completely immobilized by the vortex. He couldn’t move it.

“What?”

Evilmoon slashed down onto the Silver Hair Void Crusher’s head, and with a sickening explosion, his head shattered. The force from the impact sent Long Chen, Evilmoon, and the Earth Cauldron crashing to the ground.

Long Chen’s left eye was bleeding, and he couldn’t open it anymore. With his right eye, he saw the headless body of the Silver Hair Void Crusher walking toward him, sword still in hand.

How could this happen? I resent this, I really resent this… Long Chen’s thoughts roared in frustration, but his body no longer obeyed him. His vision darkened, and the world slowly faded from view. His last sight was the Silver Hair Void Crusher’s body looming over him.

I’m sorry, my brothers. I’m sorry, all of you…

After that, Long Chen’s consciousness faded into darkness.

The Silver Hair Void Crusher stood over Long Chen. Although he had lost his head, with his divine throne present, his aura hadn’t weakened much.

“You bastard… I’ll make you suffer for this,” cursed the Silver Hair Void Crusher. His voice was filled with venom, emanating from his chest. After being repeatedly injured by Long Chen, he was on the verge of going crazy.

In his eyes, Long Chen was simply an ant, but this ant had pushed him to such a wretched state, even destroying his head—the most important part of his body. Although he wouldn’t die because of it, it was a severe wound. While recovering, he would have to postpone his merger with his divine throne.

The Silver Hair Void Crusher was furious. His status as one of the Eight Great Divine Commanders was at risk. If word of this battle got out, he could lose his rank, something he had worked tirelessly for.

Long Chen lay on the ground, unable to muster the slightest bit of energy out of his body. He had pushed his Purgatory Eyes to their absolute limit to bind the Silver Hair Void Crusher’s arm, and now blood was pouring from his left eye.

But it wasn’t his violet blood, dragon blood, or Supreme Blood—all of that had been consumed by Evilmoon. Instead, it was ordinary blood. This sight only fueled the Silver Hair Void Crusher’s rage further. To him, the mere presence of such common blood spilling from Long Chen was a humiliation, a mockery of his own suffering.

The Earth Cauldron lay to Long Chen’s left, and Evilmoon was stabbed into the ground on his right. Both divine weapons had spent every last ounce of their power, yet they had been unable to protect him. Now, they stood just as helpless as Long Chen, as the Silver Hair Void Crusher steadily approached.

“How embarrassing… You’ve really embarrassed me…” A snort echoed through the air, shaking the heavens and startling the Silver Hair Void Crusher.

“Who’s there?!” the Silver Hair Void Crusher shouted. He couldn’t sense anyone, but the voice chilled him to his core.

“I haven’t even finished preparing to take over this body, and you’re already at your limit? How pathetic!” The voice was like a devil’s whisper, a haunting murmur from the abyss. This voice alone was enough to make a person feel lost in hell.

“Who are you?! Show yourself!” the Silver Hair Void Crusher roared, his voice coming from his chest. A powerful aura swept through the land as he searched for the owner of this devilish voice.

But the voice ignored him.

“You couldn’t handle this level of trash? What right do you have to carry the name Long Chen?”

The Silver Hair Void Crusher suddenly quivered. The voice wasn’t coming from anywhere—it was coming from Long Chen himself, who was lying prone on the ground.

The Silver Hair Void Crusher jumped. He had confirmed that there wasn’t the slightest trace of energy left in Long Chen’s body. At this point, he was barely stronger than a dead person.

Suddenly, Long Chen’s body quivered. White spots appeared on his black robes, spreading rapidly until his entire outfit turned pristine white.

This white contained no impurity, but it didn’t exude the feeling of holiness. Instead, it pushed to such a limit that it became quite frightening.

The white-robed Long Chen slowly rose, and his black hair turned white as well. His aura transformed into something entirely different—cold and terrifying.

“Who are you?!” the Silver Hair Void Crusher demanded, shocked at the transformation.

Long Chen’s white robes and hair radiated a terrifyingly pure shade of white. His aura had turned ice-cold, so cold that it felt as though it could freeze the soul itself. At that moment, it was as if the devil king of hell had taken over his body.

Long Chen’s black eyes, like endless voids, stared into the Silver Hair Void Crusher’s soul, pulling at him with a bottomless darkness.

“Who am I? Why ask such a foolish question?” the white-robed Long Chen replied coldly. “I am the true Long Chen. The one you defeated? That was just a coward temporarily borrowing my name.”

“Bullsh*t! You aren’t Long Chen! You refuse to answer, is that it? Then just wait for me to refine your soul!” shouted the Silver Hair Void Crusher as he swung down the Divine Commander Blade onto the white-robed Long Chen.

Without hesitation, the white-robed Long Chen raised his hand, and Evilmoon flew into his grasp. An eerie smile appeared on his face. “Such a powerful weapon… wasted on the likes of you.”

As the Divine Commander Blade descended, the white-robed Long Chen raised Evilmoon to block it.

BOOM!

The world seemed to explode from the impact—the ground beneath their feet disintegrated, and the sky trembled. Ripples of destructive force radiated in every direction, tearing through the void itself.

The Silver Hair Void Crusher had felt an overwhelming fear from the moment he laid eyes on the white-robed Long Chen. Desperate, he unleashed the full power of his divine throne in a frenzied attack. Yet, the white-robed Long Chen effortlessly blocked it.

“How can this be?!” the Silver Hair Void Crusher roared in disbelief.

Though headless, his senses remained intact, and he could feel the terrifying might of this new Long Chen. It far exceeded his expectations.

“What is impossible about it? I’m not the trash you faced earlier. I am the true Long Chen,” the white-robed Long Chen said, his voice dripping with disdain.

Black divine runes flickered to life on the white-robed Long Chen’s left hand, radiating the aura of Purgatory. He calmly placed his palm on the back of Evilmoon’s blade.

BOOM!

The Silver Hair Void Crusher’s body trembled as he was violently blasted away by the sheer force.

Evilmoon rested casually on the white-robed Long Chen’s shoulder as he stared coldly at the battered Silver Hair Void Crusher.

“Come. Use everything you’ve got. I’ll make you fully convinced of your defeat.”
